@@manojshukla4360 no. I didn't enroll myself in any course but I check Hindu calendar every now and then. I started to remember my family members birthday etc as per tithi and Hindu month, I watch videos about nakshtra and their significance.. just trying to practice what I learn .. so far it has helped me to match my rhythm to some natural elements..
