INGREDIENTS:-
1/2Cup Turdal (अरहर कि दाल)
1/2cup chickpea dal (चना दाल)
3tbsp Split Green gram (मूंग दाल)
3tbsp splitBlackgram (उरद दाल)
3tbsp red lentils split ( मसूर दाल)
1) Wash all the above Ingredients and socked for 2hour.
2) Take a cooker put all the lentils and appropriate water and boil with out lid once all the froth comes out then remove the froth
3) Now add
1/2tsp Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
1/2tsp Redchilli powder spicy (लाल)
And salt as per taste cover the lid and give four wishisles and keep aside.
FOR FRYING:-
2 Onion Chopped finely
2 Tomato chopped finely
2tbsp Ginger Garlic and Green chilli paste
Hand full of coriander leaves chopped
DRY MASALA
11/2tbsp Coriander powder
1/2tsp Cumin powder
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
1/2tsp Black pepper
1tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1tsp Garam Masala powder
1 kokum or 1/2tsp Amchur Powder
PREPARATION
Take a pan add 2 tbsp clarified butter (Ghee) put all whole masala for Tempering as follows:-
1 Bayleaf (तेज पता)
1 Black Cardamom (बड़ी इलायची)
1tbsp Cumin seed (जीरा)
1/2tsp Asafoetida (हींग)
2 clove (लौंग)
1Inch Cinnamon (दालचीनी)
1) Once all splutters then add 2tbsp Ginger Garlic Green chilli paste saute for some time once the raw flavor disappear then add
2) Add chopped Onion and saute till it become brown then
3) Add Chopped Tomato and add salt once it become tender the
4) Add all whole spices and kokum and cover the lid after 2minuts remove the lid and stir it till it owooses out the oil
5) Add the dal boild and coriander leaves chopped mix them well and add little boild water if needed and give a good boil to it
6 Tempering add
1tbsp clarified butter (Ghee)
1 whole red chilli
1/4tsp Asafoetida
1tsp kasuri methi
1tsp kashmir red chilli
Now pour in dal and give good stir and serve with rice roti tanduri roti Nan.
