Personally, I love bihon more than canton. For some added savoriness, ''kikiam'' or squid balls can also be added. It's lovely seeing Mama Ira again. I'm one with her in that I focus more on the flavor than the beauty or appearance of the dish. You're not only a skilled pastry chef but also a skilled cook, Olya. ​@@CousinOlya i don't know if you used sothanghon or bihon but those are two different types of noodles with different approaches of cooking.. sotanghon uses vermicelli or glass noodles and it's a soupy noodle dish.. while bihon is a stir-fried noodles like canton.. anyways, tried to put fried chicken liver on both pancit bihon and canton and pair it with pandesal.. 😊

I think, its the right packaging and preparation of the menu, and the combination of each dish that you want to sell. Each portion must be good for one person per meal. Presentation is important, menus should be appealing, eye catching and mouth watering. Start with small costumer, and you will go a mile. I see your passion in cooking. You are also good in baking cakes! Such talent! Do not be discouraged. you will enjoy doing it, because its your craft. Besides it will keep you happy and energetic, and healthy. Be creative . . . Very nice!! Good thing you found a vendor that sells oyster sauce. The good thing with pancit is you can add whatever you want, not just chicken. Mushroom, chicken liver and scrambled egg are some of the common additional ingredients here.

Hello olya, it's pancit sotanghon. You use glass noodle. Glass noodle we call it sotanghon, bihon is rice noodle. Anyway we do cook this all the time. Good job and happy eating😂😂😂

Wow ...Olya, you did the sotanghon so well. A tip for the rice noodles - we ussually soak it in warm water for 30 minutes and I know peeled prawns there are not that cheap but it's better if you had added to the dish. Salamat Olya.

Hi Olya you're so cute cooking Filipino dishes especially pancit that usually served for the birthdays and we call it " long life" , there are 3 pancit or noodle types, the Canton, bihon and sotanghon , but as I see your cooking is like sotanghon not bihon , and your string beans seems over cooked, it is added after the 20 mins , better you add on 5 mins , but seems it is yummy and congratulations you did it well for cooking it first time.. regards ❤
