Thank you so much for watching! A cystadenoma usually has more internal septations or microcysts than a pseudocyst. In some cases, it is hard to distinguish between but they can be further evaluated with a CT scan.

@@DrSamsImagingLibrary I appreciate you awnser yes I been having some abdominal pain but it not very intense just mild when I eat n I went to the er n they ultrasound my liver pancreas n gallbladder n they only found that I have a fatty liver but my blood work show my pancreas level at 70 what the normal level for the pancreas or it depends on the laboratory I really appreciate you help
