yes I know right. Panda Bear is full of them. There's some guys that do visuals behind the AnCo crew and Sonic Boom and with Panda's music its 100000% LSD psychedelic. This is incredible. I can't stop watching it and listening. The audio goes with it. I'm on LSD now. The others can't experience it. It's a plain hidden secret. It's slow boring noise wash to the ignorant lol. Absolutely beautiful beatific trippy and perfect

I think this song is about overcoming some barrier which must be specific to Noah's own experience.... not letting it slide/slip by, and speaking up...it all seems to come together at a definitive juncture of self-awareness and assertion. The lyrics reiterating 'work out' & 'got to do what you got to do' reinforce the haunting pressure that seems to be forcing him into a decision.
