What happened in the video is that it’s pretty cold that day. It’s snowing. Panda keepers felt very warm when they picked up panda cubs. It’d be nice to have a fluffy panda cub to warm up in winter.

There is a Japanese lady who from very young age started to love panda when her grandmother gave her a panda doll. Then when she was older, she saw a real live panda and decided to become a Panda nanny. She started to learn mandarin in Japan and later enrolled in an university in Sichuan to study animal husbandry. After graduation, she applied to become Panda keeper in ChengDu Panda Breeding & Research Centre and she got the job and got to work with her beloved pandas.
