@Kali Smith Chuang Chuang just suddenly passed away in Thailand, and there has been no explanation form the zoo. Lin Hui, another panda in the same zoo, is fed with the bamboos that are used for construction. There are pandas in zoos in China's poor provinces (e.g., inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Henan...) who are well treated with love from nannies. It is not a matter of rich or poor. It is about the LOVE.

There are poor provinces in China and poor (in your words" countries who take good care of pandas. Yes, underlying diseases are hard to detect. However, Chuangchuang was fed by construction bamboos. Lin Hui is still fed by these bamboos that are extremely harmful to their teeth and health. When you accuse the "poor provinces in China" starve the pandas, you ignore the fact that some pandas in other countries are not taken good care of. Again, it is not the money that determines whether pandas are well treated. It is love.

I am wondering how you can judge other zoos in China's "poor provinces" by several pandas that were not well treated.
