පන්දම PANDAMA (The burning sensation of the heart) තම්දෙන තානේනේ නා (tham dena thanenē nā) and තම්දෙන තානේනේ තානේනේ තානානේ (tham dena thānānē thānānē) are Sri Lankan traditional drum beats which used in the down southern rituals. The video exhibits traditional dancers, ritual masks, and fireworks in Sri Lanka. පන්දම රැගෙන යන්න එන්න මා හදවතට නෙතු දැහැන් බිඳිනා රන් සලුව ඇඳ. Come to my heart your magnificent and take this burning sensation away. ලියතඹර ලෙලවා හද මඬල යට දෙන්න මැණිකෙ මගෙ පපුවට ගින්දර. Did you know this singer wrote his song and also wrote the script for the video and he once got 1st in national artist competition and also a dancer and there is a exam we take in 5th grade its a big deal and he managed to come to the top and also in O/L exams he got 9A's and in A/l he passed with 3 A's and became an engineer (He is a great guy) Sorry about my bad english

Ok, I think I’m probably late to answer questions. The native language is Sinhala. It’s sad that the music video has no subtitles in it. Basically, this song is all about love. The sensual feelings of a boy towards a girl is shown here. The mv says a lot than what we see. So, obviously, the boy has feelings for the girl. She’s wearing a white dress and a white flower is in her hair. (White= purity). Right after the boy sees her, he takes the flower from the girl and crushes it. The petals in his hand are red. This is another imagery that shows his sensual desires to end her chastity ( the white flower is crushed and now the petals are red ). He wants to kiss the girl but all these things happened only in his head. He is attracted to the girl and girl likes him too but they don’t openly show it or admit it because it is inappropriate to kiss a girl or show or speak of a person’s sexual desires in our culture unlike in western cultures. Anyways, finally the boy knocks on her door and she opens it which implies that she accepted his feelings. The whole music video is built in a dark background which shows the mind of the boy ( his sensual desires). And the Silence between the two is also important. The up beat drums ( using Sri Lankan traditional drums ) give the chaotic mind and uncontrollable feelings of the boy.

Hey plz note that our main Sri lankan language is "SINHALA" 80% of majority people speaks in Sinhala and the language in the Song is "Sinhala" ..our national language is Sinhala.. And also 11% of tamil people also live in here and they speak tamil and sinhala too.. And we are not indians and we called Sinhalese..

Even if lighting shows that it's going to be lustful. Look at the girl's ear with a "white" flower. The boy is taking it and crushing it. Look at the color of the petals. Those white petals turn red when they open. My point is that virginity is gone. See how Dhanith has shown you how to make a raw show. Then suddenly the girl wakes up the boy. That means all this is happening in the boy's mind. Then the girl shows a book to the boy. I think this girl has to come up with the first letters of love or life. You see the other side of the boy. The audiovisual side. The boy is looking forward to it. The eyes of a boy and girl will be gone at an unexpected moment. I think this is a sudden psychic surge or a climax. Because of that , the boy is wetting his tea. (I don't need to tell you what happened. ) Yes it is! Look at the sheer amount of naked sex shown. Due to this time the girl is leaving. Go to the door and give him a hint of eyes. The boy can't feel this. Running to another house. To the girl's house. I think this goes to the girl's heart. Look at the Door LOCK hanging from the gate of the house. It's open now. The girl lets the boy come to her heart. Try it again. The boy is knocking on the door. The girl opens the door and lures the boy into her heart. That's where the story ends. This video shows the climax of love between a man and a woman.

Hope I'm probably late to answer but I have to say, Sinhala is the native language of Sri Lanka. And you mentioned about the Tamil, yeah Tamil is the second language but in Sri Lanka, they use Sri Lankan Tamil. In India, they use Indian Tamil. There are so many differences in these languages.
