I finally learned after years at buffets not to load your plate with the first favorite thing you see, but try new things and I'm glad I did. now it's Asian, Italian... I thought you were going to start eating healthier and loose a little bit of weight you said a few months back. Since you said that I've been waiting to learn how to eat healthy and loose a few lbs. I sure could loose about 20lbs to start with. I'm waiting for you to show me... I enjoy your videos and I'm hoping the day comes to where I can travel again and hope that someday our paths my cross... Riding session starts in about 15 weeks I'm praying hard to be able to be walking without falling, set without being in ungodly pain... It's been 3 years 1 month and 7 days since I've been able to travel. I sure am getting tired of waiting.. But waiting is all I can do. I'm so greatful for your videos to help me pass the time...
