Ingredients （材料）:
250g High protein flour /bread flour （高筋面粉/面包粉）
50g plain flour （普通面粉）
1 tsp (3g) instant yeast （即溶干酵母）
30g caster sugar （细砂糖）
1/2 tsp salt （盐）
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk （甜炼奶）
130ml pandan juice （班兰汁）
1 large egg （鸡蛋） ~ grade A
30g butter （牛油）
Filling 馅料：
170g coconut palm sugar （椰糖）
3 pandan leaves cut into smaller pieces （班兰叶，剪小片）
100ml water （水）
300g grated coconut （白椰丝）
1/2 tsp salt （盐）
Glazing （蛋液) :
1 whole egg （1粒全蛋）
1 tbsp water （水）
