Now let's be careful in what we say. Hezekiah Walker is the Bishop of this church, and the entire movement. There is nothing wrong with him, being led by God, touching and agreeing, like the Bible says, with his members. I understand what you are saying, because the Bible does say lay hands on no man suddenly because spirits are transferable. And yes, God did send his word to heal us. However, as a the Man of God and appointed leader, remember, accept what God allows; he has every right to lay hands 🙌 as he sees fit and is lead by the spirit, not the flesh. And the only spirit that should be present in a leader, pastor or Bishop is the spirit of God.

The short answer: No. “Homosexuals” are not saved. If a homosexual decides to give their life to Christ, they are no longer considered a homosexual. They are in that moment a Child of God. 2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” After salvation they may still have some “homosexual” mannerisms. However, once they give their life to Christ and accept the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit will do the work of changing and transforming. Does that make sense?
