Same. I think it's because the song is meant to reflect the endless possibilities and chaotic nature of an (undead) carnival or circus in a rather jazzy, extravagant fashion. But extravagant jazz is also associated with a casino. A new character in Star Rail, Aventurine, has, albeit a little slower, a similar jazzy vibe with his boss theme, "Hell is preferable to Nihility", befitting a crazed gambler who loves putting on a high-risk show, and stage being set. Both have a "come one, come all" vibe.
