Panalo sa ganda sa lugar nila Hanna. Nature is amazing sorrounded around the village sarap mag walking, jogging or mg relax with nature mag mini muni dyan, prang nasa ground lang ng palace my castle pa, you feel like in a fairytale movie even the cemetery napaka organized. Tapos my in laws pa na mababait. Ikaw na sir talaga super swerte mo ke Hanna at may beautiful na Sophia. Wala naman po masama mg diet bat in moderation lang, diet lang na naayon sa katawan lalo na if my nararamdaman na. Sabi nga po, exercise it's not to be skinny but to be healthy. Congratulations dahil nag improve ang iyong health. Marami nang Pinoy ang nagpa follow ng low carb. Di na kumakain ng rice or any carbs incl root crops. Protein like meat, chicken and fish at low carb fruits and vegs ang kinakain. May intermittent fasting at nag e exercise. Nag lost weight, nawala ang diabetes, bumaba ang BP at nawala ang mga sakit. You've got a good family. Mamimiss ninyo ang Czech Republic pagbalik ninyo sa England. Ang ganda at ang linis ng sementeryo.
