Phagawa means Holi ... and not feet as far as I know. So the poet is telling us that the best Holi is in Brij (in Krishna's hometown :)) Phagawa brij dekhana ko chalo ree Phagawe mein milenge kunwara kanhai baata chalata bole kagawa.. | ( Let's go to Brij where we get a chance to see Lord Krisha.. and I also witness a good omen in the "crow" (kagawa) who's agreeing with me )
