Lacie is the melody that Glen wrote(came as an inspiration to Leo, and Elliot... well you know that eggy tale) and Jack made the song into a music box. And to prove my final point, the song Statice was never aired into the anime, so it would be impossible.

Yeah it's very sad and heartbreaking, but I think it's really worth it♡ I personnally feel like the anime doesn't give the same vibe as the manga so I find it a lot different (although I do love the music in it), but anyways the manga is really amazing in my opinion, I'd recommand it if you already liked the anime^^
