Aggression comes with confidence in your skill and pak cricket team knows that they are no where close to international standards hence they are timid in international matches and acting like tigers in domestic circuit. Wasim knew he was the best, shoaib knew he was the fastest batta bowler, Waqar knew he was unplayable with the ball reversing with dubious means..so their aggression and swagger stemmed from that.

as with naseem today when he got shan out. i don't think that is the main part of the puzzle though. today M.haris in the interview after the match said we couldn't chase 232 in 50 overs because we want to chase x amount of target in the same manner. whether it is 200 or 350. but that lead to them being all out on 130 odd runs. they do not have *game awareness* *confidence* and *execution*.

Aggression comes out naturally when you play against those you consider as rivals. In Pakistan, the players' main goal is to remain in the team and not to win games for the country. They see a bigger threat from their fellow countrymen and not from the batsmen/bowlers from other countries. So the aggression comes out when they play against their "rivals" in the domestic games. They don't see the same threat from international players.

Share your views regarding the new points system in Pakistan's Champions cup. A good step by PCB, a system where an edge is given the team which won by dominating the other from a team which won by a really small margin. It gives a much better analysis of the win than run rate, you get to analyze both innings of the team.

that 151-2 to 191 all out, we didn't have entirely bad players, but it w.as a weak tail after the two set batsmen. babar and rizwan both got out on brain fade shots. saud had no idea where he was. iftikhar flicked a wide ball to his stumps. shadab and nawaz aren't competent/smart enough batters. the indian bowlers just knew where to bowl after the first half of the game ended. but that ahmedabad pitch was another win toss win game pitch. that is why india lost that final.
