Salt - to taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Curry Leafs - 1 sprig
Garlic - 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 4 tbsp
Maida - 3 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Water - to coat the paneer
Oil - to deep fry
Oil - to tbsp
Whole Red Chilli - 2
Curry Leafs - 2
Green Chilli - 3-4 slit
Garlic- 4 tbsp
Capsicum - 1/2 diced
Onion - 1/2 diced
Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Spring Onion - 2 tbsp
Dahi - 100g
Corn Flour - 1/2 tsp
Red Food Color - pinch, optional

The color can be totally skipped. At home, the pigment-like color can be introduced. For this - 1. Deseed kashmiri dry leaves (15-20) 2. Soak in lukewarm water for 30 mins 3. Grind the chillies along with 1 tablespoon GG paste, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of the soaked water 4. Add it along with the tossed and sauted veggies in the beginning This will give the perfect red color to your dish.. And do not worry about the spice.. Deseeding the chillies reduces it by atleast 75%.. Also adding sugar balances the spice out.

The story goes like this.. Long long ago Soldiers from the north who didn't know tamil, visited the madras regiment and used to dine at a canteen, because they didn't know how to read tamil, they used to order menu based on the sequence in the menu.. #1 #2 etc... #65 happened to be a chicken fry.. and that's how they got used to saying Chicken 65..
