●ingredients:
paneer 500g
tomato 3
onion2
ginger (one cube)
garlic 6/7
green chilly 6/7
pumpkin seed (1teasoopn)
turmeric (1teaspoon)
Salt (as per taste)
Red chilly powder (1 teaspoon)
jeera powder (1 teaspoon )
paneer masala (1 tea spoon)
hing (pinch of hing )
curry leaves 4/5
kalongi (pinch of )
● Recipe: •grind tomato, garlic, green chilli, ginger, onions, pumpkin seed, make a fine paste of it ...
•cut paneer into pieces and fry it for 2 mins
•take a pan heat it and add 4 table spoon of oil add hing, kalongi and curry leaves for tarka mix it all add the grinder masala into it with haldi ,red chilly powder,jeera powder, paneer masala mix it all well and fry until it changes it colour
•after frying add water curry leaves and panner into it ...boil until it's get thick and rich
at last garnish it with some coriander leaves and serve hot .😊😊
