- 300 gm Cottage cheese/ Paneer
- 1.5 cups Gram flour/ Besan
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder/ Haldi
- 2 pinch Baking soda
- Salt
- Oil for frying
Ingredients for chutney
- 1 cup Coriander
- 2 Green chillis
- 1 inch piece of Ginger
- 2 tbsp roasted Split chickpeas/ Chana dal
- 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- Salt
