Hotel & Restaurant ki Bahut hi Populer Dish Paneer Pasanda Aap is ko ghar par bna sakte han.Paneer Pasanda bnane ke liye batter jayada thick nahi hona chahiye .
ingridients:-
Paneer 300 gm
Almonds 5 no
Cashew 4 no
Kishmish 6-7 no
Fresh Mint
Fresh Coriander
Chopped Green Chilli 2-3
Sugar Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Ingredients For batter :-
Corn flour 2 tsp
Maida 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 pinch
Ingredients For Gravy:-
Onions 4 no
Cashew
Refined oil 4 tbsp
Green Chillies 2-3
Bay leaf 2 no
Black Cardamom 2 no
Green Cardamom 2 no
Tomato 1 no
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Degi Mirch powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/4 tsp
Butter 10 gm
Freah Cream 1-2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 pinch
