To all the cheese lovers..!! This is the best protein packed snack recipe with Paneer and Cheese. Easy to make homemade vegetarian starter for any parties or dinners.
Stuffed Capsicum (serves 2)
Ingredients
2 - whole capsicums/ Bell Peppers (medium size)
1 tbsp - butter
2 tbsp - mined garlic
1 - onion (medium size)
½ - chopped capsicum
100 gms - paneer/ cottage cheese
2 tbsp - spring onions
½ tsp - soya sauce
1 tsp - oregano mix (optional)
1 tsp - pizza seasoning (optional)
½ tsp - chili flakes
½ tsp - pepper powder
salt to taste
method
1. Cut the capsicums into two halves and set aside
2. In a heated pan, add butter, garlic, onions, capsicum, grated paneer and spring onion and fry well
3. Add salt to taste with pepper powder, oregano mix, pizza seasoning, soya sauce and chili flakes.
4. Stuff the above mixture into the capsicum and add grated cheese on top of it.
5. Place it in a heated pan with little oil and cook for 15 to 20 mins on low flame.
6. Stuffed capsicum is ready to serve.
