Today, let's make Paneer Thread Rolls at home which is a super tasty crispy starter recipe, crunchy noodles rolled in a juicy, saucy paneer strip makes it an amazing snack too!

Ingredients:
Paneer 200g - 16 pc jersey
Kashmiri red chilli - 2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Garlic ginger paste - 1 tsp
Flavoring Salt - 1 pinch
Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - ½ tsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp
Water - to adjust consistency
Noodles - Regular / Rice - 50g
Water - to boil noodles
Oil - to fry

Okay tried this, everyone at my place loved it. A few tips to improve this: I added lemon juice, kasturi methi in the marination and after I rolled noodles I rolled the noodle+paneer thing in the cornflour mix again . After frying them I sprinkled chat masala and served with mayo. 💛

I tried this recipe around a few days back and it turned out to be excellent. I didn’t have cornflour so I used arrowroot powder and the result was equally good. The only time consuming part of this recipe is rolling of the noodles on the paneer. Rest everything is quick and easy. Thanks for the delicious recipe.
