Okay tried this, everyone at my place loved it. A few tips to improve this: I added lemon juice, kasturi methi in the marination and after I rolled noodles I rolled the noodle+paneer thing in the cornflour mix again . After frying them I sprinkled chat masala and served with mayo. 💛

I tried this recipe around a few days back and it turned out to be excellent. I didn’t have cornflour so I used arrowroot powder and the result was equally good. The only time consuming part of this recipe is rolling of the noodles on the paneer. Rest everything is quick and easy. Thanks for the delicious recipe.

bharti jain, you can use whatever type of noodle you like best. If you’re not using a rice noodle, though, cook it per the package directions. He mentioned that rice noodles just get soaked in hot water for 2 minutes.
