We’re facing a crisis in human health. Over the last several hundred years, the industrialization of agriculture has landed us in dangerous territory, and our current farming systems aren’t aligned with what science has identified as the best and healthiest foods.
Fortunately, our newest white paper examines a solution: regenerative organic agriculture. “The Power of the Plate: Regenerative Organic Agriculture & Human Health” unveils the latest research on this pressing issue. Read it here: rodaleinstitute.org/education...
In this panel, we dive into our white paper, along with medical experts. Panelists include:
- Dr. Scott Stoll, Founder & CEO of Plantrician Project
- Dr. Zach Bush, Founder, Farmer’s Footprint & Seraphic Group
- Dr. Ron Weiss, Founder & CEO of Ethos Health
- Dr. Meagan Grega, Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer of Kellyn Foundation
- Dr. Drew Smith, Chief Scientist/Chief Operating Officer of Rodale Institute

It´s always much better to give more money to the farmer for organic farming, inted of spending a lot of money for medication!

Thank God for you people...I bow at your feet. I've been saying this and thinking this for years. It is so hard to find the food that is actually food. We have a local farmers market here in Australia and I just love it. So grateful to farmers who care about the soil they r growing their food in.

You are all my mentors. As a healing arts practitioner and meditation teacher, Birth and Death Doula, I LONG to come alongside a Farm or Food Forest and further collaboratively thrive you and your centers....given that more than ever, it takes a village to care for and Doula any one of us deeper into Life. Thank you so very much. This was my Sunday church service, while I ate my reneratively grown breakfast plants and gave thanks to another sunrise

I cannot express deeply enough, the beneficial effects on human condition ( specifically immune system) working in organic agriculture. This is vitally important when it comes to stress reduction and overall "wellbeing".

This is such a great program! Thank you for all of the work you are doing! I’m a public school teacher and have been working some with our local Indigenous groups and learning about their seeds and farming practices with their ancient seedlings. I know much of your programs focus has been with soil, but am wondering if you all have made any connections with these groups with discussions around seeds? I would suspect that their are many seed varieties that have been kept that have been unaltered and would greatly benefit the food supply. Keep up the great work!

🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Also: a few decades ago i read that our personal acquaintance with the little seed (better still with its parents etc), that will grow so miraculously into sustenance for many, already improves connection between the eventual eater and eaten. Any tlc (often hands-off is best 😆) doesn't go amiss here either. Nor a little awe, gratitude and love... Pierre Rabhi was the one who shifted me firmly onto the organic x permaculture x regenerative path. A man of small stature but of phenomenal presence. One of his many "big" lines was that (the creation and use of) F1/GMO seed is a crime against humanity. Un crime contre l'humanité. 🌳 🕊 💚

Just say, that we have to stop eating those animals. Let them live their natural lives and just use their reject as an input on the soil enrichment and regeneration.

Sorry, but that's extremely unrealistic. Unless an animal's care and feeding can make money or food for a rancher, there ain't no way he or she is going to keep it.

Also, we've taken the natural predators out of many of the farm ecosystems, which means that we have to play that role in order to maintain balance. Predators play an incredibly important role in keeping herds healthy. A great example of how predators help shape the ecosystem is what has happened in Yellowstone since the reintroduction of the wolves. There have been many unexpected, but positive changes that have only been possible through the action of the predators on the herds. When we use animals to help heal the ecosystem, it only works if we keep the herds healthy and working as they would if their natural predators were there as well (and humans have been one of their natural predators since the dawn of humanity as well).

@@irmasanchez5274 anyone who abuses others doesn't want to be told what to do.... Maybe stop the abuse or paying someone else to, and you won't have to hear from anyone. It's not all that hard, you'll feel better, and you won't have to kill sentient creatures and make excuses.... You are judging just as much when you make choices that literally result in harm in others.. There's a literal holocaust happening to them and you are more concerned about people telling you their opinion about it. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad

@@MattAngionoAbuse of animals for their meat? That's not true. I know many people, including my family who raised animals for milk and their meat. Those animals were out on pasture and treated VERY WELL. Not all animals who are raised for their meat are abused. Again, stop judging and jumping to conclusions. You'll be freer to live YOUR life on your terms.

...in the begining the Garden was everpresent...humans had no want, then desire towards selfish power crushed paradise...when agriculture came about through a very strange occurrence of maize, rice and the bread grains in the fertile crescent springing up from the soil about 15 thousand years ago...I say strange because no one knows how these grains evolved in the blink of an eye from their wild cousins...giving rise to civilization and cities...two pimples on the ass of man's cultural destiny...then as Goethe wrote, I paraphrase...more avarice led to the synthetic chemical devolution...and where we find food production today, dominated by the globalist luciferian blood letting cabal...dis...ease...is our state today...after farming on the Big island of Hawaii organically for 25 years...I stopped due to an extreme labor intensive need, and focused solely on soil development...and rainforest/ watershed restoration for I realized the Soil Conservation dept. of the USDA...now the the Natural Reasources Conservation Service was there only to push the globalist agenda...after my farm was sold by my step mother...I moved on to spread the word of truth...the Garden ALL starts with the...Soil...and I no longer consider myself a farmer, but a deep Gardener... Ron Weiss, sounds like he tows the party line, and will most likely get the Rockerfellow award, congratulations seems to be the main goal, rather than really developing truly wholistic organic systems. This seems like more centralisation not decentralisation as Dr. Zach Bush is talking about. A man who comes to a conversation about food, with a face mask and stethoscope should be immediately questioned. Robots in food production, hmmm, EPA, CDC, all questionable. Dr. Zach Bush has his finger on the pulse, and for the man who talks about hippies, is just missing the point. We need to create wealth in the food production system, and reward the best organic practices, not punish organic farmers with massive regulation, etc. At least 50% of this group needs to wake up, before they can bring anything useful to this conversation... Good Luck Zach.

AGREED about Ron Weiss. To suggest those governmental agencies so full of revolving door corporate interests would be in charge of anything related to the regenerative movement food system is asking for trouble - the DARK Act is an example. AGREED about Dr. Zach Bush - that dude has a profound overview of Nature's life cycle and were humans fit in. Stay safe - be well.

very nice, that I don't have to come up with that statement and that we are enough people right now, who can see behind the curtain, so we spot the bs and the gatekeepers immediately

Now more than ever - we need to unite around our common goals, celebrate these and keep forging ahead. We have precious little time to turn this around - and with the deepest respect - we cannot afford to waste it ‘calling out’ those whose varying opinions or methods of ‘how to get there’ differ from ours. I suspect that we might be surprised with how ALL players in this unfolding, will make contributions to the end result in ways we could never have known. With Love and Light, B

@@bernadineseven thank you for your comment, I mostly agree with what you are saying, it is important to find the common threads that bind us rather than separate us, especially right now. We are being called to be more open than ever, yet we must remain, as true gate keepers of truth, and lovingly bring more clarity to those that may be struggling to see outside the regular system of things, and past belief structures that fuel the old paradigm, as the new 'fearless' paradigm is eagerly awaiting us. May we find truly common purpose and move out of fear and ignorance.

Regenerative farming is a must for the Earth's survival, but you lost me at the mention of Game Changers. I love the truth, I hate propaganda.

What isn't propaganda? Just because you don't see the justice, the evidence or the ethics doesn't make something automatically bad.... Do you also reject the DECADES of propaganda from the meat and dairy industries? Got milk?...... for example. Everything in game changers is just showing a perspective and the possibilities. They don't even mention veganism or the ethics. Why not try going plant based for 6 months and are how you feel for yourself....? For me, it was certainly a "game changer" and I feel better than ever, 6 years in
