@@johnburn872 DLC traditionally stands for “downloadable content” this referring to add-ons a game may have. This generally meaning additional content that is sometimes paid for or free that is downloaded and the subsequently added to the game to enhance the playing experience. In the case of Mario maker, he says DLC when he is referring to additional portions of a level that are not necessary for completion but are a part of the level nonetheless. So technically, when he says DLC, this is not correct terminology in the traditional sense. Just realize that he is talking about a portion or section of a level that is not needed to complete it. Hope this helps!
