Despite QC issues, I probably would still buy and maybe handle it with even more kid gloves than usual. Although, my copy might end up having fixable issues that I can iron out. However, if anyone is Jonesing for an ubered-up Optimus and even Megatron and don't want the QC issues, there's the 3D print figures by Toy Maker 3D. You can make those as big as you want and if there's any QC issues it'll be your fault.

FREAKING YES!!! A NEW REVIEW FROM BEN!! For the win Pity this figure has such issues. I was very excited for him. But I think I'll have to wait for an updated release up see if they can salvage quality. Thank you for the review Ben. You're the best

I have it, and I absolutely love it. Its also in scale with masterpiece Beat Wars figures I think. it even has a busted head to reenact the scene where BW Megatron shoots him in the face. Mine has all the same issues, but I was rough with it when transforming and nothing broke, chipped, or stressed. The only real issue for me is the "ab crunch" being too loose, hopefully I'll find a fix. I repainted his dead looking eyes and they look flawless.

Ive had so many good KO,s i kind of forgot the gamble QC wise i was taking until my much longed for filler piece figure came in in the KO MP 44 that had many issues from a over tightened leg screw that striped the thread and left his leg flopping about to the 2 missing wheels on the same leg . I went from super hyped to super depressed in a matter of minutes

They over torqued the screw and it caused the plastic peg it screws into to sheer off. It should have been a through hole and it wasn't. Mine came in with the right arm detached. It is a very common issue with the figure. There is also a fairly simple fix if you have the toos, knowhow and courage to do it. For anyone who asks why get this in this size it would be due to him scaling perfect with 1/12" figures in robot mode as his height is damn near perfect for 1/12 as per the sunbow chart. In vehicle mode he is close to 1/18 scale and scales perfect with 3 3/4 figures. Considering all the die cast he has (Feet, tanks, grille) he has very little weight. I have mine displayed with Super 7 Duke, Super 7 Lion-0, Masterverse He-man, Super 7 TMNT Leo, and a retro Spider-man for an 80s themed Cartoon Hero's display.

The floppiness of the joints is far worse on their omega supreme. I have two guardians ordered months apart and the joints in the legs absolutely suck.

This is really unfortunate because I was hoping for something that would be a nice Middle Ground between regular size and Lewin monstrosity. The only other Prime I can think of that's this size is that metal non- transforming action figure that looks like it's based off of dreamwave prime. And I wanted this figure for the same exact reason that you wanted this figure. To display it with 6-inch action figures. The other alternative is to get regular size and display it with custom joy toy and mega construx

22:49 & 23:00 nice comparisons. I was previously using MPP10 (and a few MMP10s) to sit beside Rhino. But this vid further convinces me to have the pangu prime in my cart. 🙂

In robot mode he scales with 1/12 as according to the sunbow chart he is 6meters in Robot mode. In vehicle made he scales with 1/18-1/19 figures

This is exactly why I want him (and originally I was eyeing the MAS01). The issues are giving me pause tho. He scales ok with 1/12. If he was about a couple of inches bigger it's be perfect. But at 18 it's not bad.

The "original" figure from Magic Square is masterpiece scale. The TRUE original figure, is legends scale, because Magic square based the figure off their legends figure.

I have two of the later batch. Silver thighs with all blue boots and shin guards. Out of the box, the chest and backpack would become untabbed but with a little Kiki joint fixer, problems fixed. Everything else, joint wise, was fine.

There's a reason why the original uses nylon Cast Plastic as the main material......these design does not work well with other material

Had one and it is hot garbage if you ask me. Feels cheaply made and joints are loose as heck. Glad I spent a little more for the Lewin Untimate Edition Atlas Prime. Sold mine for what I paid for it. At least I got my money back.
