Ang Presidential Communications Development and Strategic Planning Office (PCDSPO) at ang Presidential Museum and Library (PML) sa pakikipagtulungan ng National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP), ay naglulunsad ng maikling dokumentaryo na nagtatanghal ng buhay at kapanahunan ni Manuel L. Quezon, ang ikalawang Pangulo ng Pilipinas at ang unang Pangulo ng Komonwelt. Matutunghayan din dito ang kasaysayan ng Quezon Memorial Shrine and Museum. Ang dokumentaryo ay binuo bilang paggunita sa ika-137 Anibersaryo ng kapanganakan ni Pangulong Quezon at ang paglunsad ng makabagong museo ni Manuel L. Quezon. I was born in Quezon Province ( formerly Tayabas Province). The old people told me he is great president when I was young, but I was too young to understand then. Quezon is a good province to grow up because I did not see too much poverty. All the stories I heard when I young, I took it for granted. Now I am old enough to understand everything, I was so proud that he was from the province where he was born, and named after him, that he was really a great president. Actually, people in my province are basically not corrupt. If there is corruption, it is minimal.

The Philippines was suppose to be made independent in 1946, after modernising all infrastructure and installing a transparent government modeled on the US. However, Japan invaded and totally wrecked the country back 300 years in terms of infrastructure. Nevertheless the Independence was decided to be commenced as scheduled. If Japan had not invaded and the Philippines retained its solid base, it could be an extremely different place today.

Those words from the man at the start of this video were prophetic. Even when he said he would rather have the Philippines run like hell by Filipinos than run like heaven by the Americans. When he also declared that his loyalty to his party ends when his loyalty to his country begins although the "balimbing" spirit starts to manifest itself in Philippine politics.
