Panguni Uthiram is considered an auspicious day and holds religious significance. It is believed to be the day when the star Uthiram and the full moon align, signifying the celestial wedding of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. Devotees believe that worshipping these deities and seeking their blessings on Panguni Uthiram brings prosperity, happiness, and marital bliss.
