Very nice dear.. Genuinely giving ur precious time in Fast of Friday also.... energy consuming class.. but dear useful n informative.. milk n curd se hamesha cake banaya hei.. but with water.. I' ve never tried.. 🥺afraid of this thing... if its taste not liked by family members.. mood gets spoiled😢but.. as l trust ur recipes from the very beginning l started watching ur channel, l feel like to try once.. venegar bhi hei.. gms bhi hei.. Mix with a hand whisker add 1/4 cup water more to adjust the consistency add gms 1/8 tsp n vinegar curd use nahi kya 1/8 tsp 4_5 drops . Curd ho to vinegar nahi dalte . Mix welk with spatula . If liquid becomes thin add coco pd or corn flour but not maida ribbon like consistency . Fill in tin n tap it or swirle with a pick to burst bubbles bake for Middle rack lower rod 30 mts
