Death of a Bachelor is apart of that series? I thought it was just "This is Gospel" "Emperor's New Clothing" and "Say Amen (Saturday Night)"? This song is about him getting married so I don't see a connection but maybe I'm just dumb and can't see it. :/

Brendon Urie is amazing. I liked Panic! Ok enough when they came out but then I didn't hear from them for ages. A couple years ago my then 12 year old mentioned Brendon and I had no idea he still did music. Panic! At the Disco was her then favourite band and I got back into it. I even took her to a concert... unfortunately while waiting to get in I was hit with a horrible migraine and spent most of the concert in the bathroom trying not to throw up. She loved it though so that's good❤️ I hope I get another chance to hear him live sometime
@tothestarsandback20134 жыл бұрын
I know how bad migraines can be! Sorry you were sick but I love that you are taking your kids to shows. My 6 year old has been to two concerts (Jake Owen and Brett Eldredge) and he will DEFINITELY be going to see Panic! with me

The song was actually to his wife sarah.at the time he was waiting for his house and most of the songs on this album we're about the change in life and perspective he had going from being a lifelong bachelor and career focused artist to now being a husband and a partner. you may already know this or someone may have told you but these songs symbolism is lamenting about the loss of being a bachelor and how that's okay for that part of his life to die because what he's getting in return is so super great. "Happily ever after How could I ask for more A lifetime of laughter At the expense of a death of a bachelor" So literally he illustrating that he's getting a bargain in losing his bachelorhood and getting a life of happiness his wife Sarah.
