@Jagferraz Yes. One may adjust the tuning of the guitar, so as to appropriately suit the singer's vocal range. In Brendon's case, he probably only had one guitar with him that was tuned down (tuning a guitar is quite time consuming), or was too tired to sing it in its original key (it takes a great deal of air and effort to sing those high notes in that tempo).
