Same, since I cleared my intermediate exams, I had very Bad days for past few months. I can totally feel you, I am taking medicines from psychiatrist. I cannot sit alone, my thoughts control me and don't stop. I wanna be busy all the time. May this time pass soon. Best of luck. 🙂

I suffered from same issue 7 years back continuously for 3 years and after nothing worked i stopped all medicine and focused on work (family mujhe samajh paa nahi Rahi thi too mai ne socha ki aakhir me marna hi hai so i accepted my symptoms and kept on ignoring them and drank 4 ltr of water daily, its kind of water healing therapy after that i was fully healed in 1 years) yeah it took 1 year for fully healing. My bad luck again in the end of 2023 because of lot of stress and family issues anxiety again occurred and now i am suffering from all of it again but i know the only way to heal it is to ignore it. So i am taking some medicine this time but also ignoring it so i am little bit better than when it started again in 2023.

That’s true. I think when I started accepting that it is what it is and made peace with symptoms, things started getting slightly better, slightly! I spent one whole year lying in my bed and crying and sleeping and complaining that why do i feel what i feel and started feeling like I am becoming a burden on people around me even though they didn’t say anything like this. Now I don’t ignore my feelings or complain about it but i just tell myself that this is your anxiety trying to overpower you, ye chale jayegi so take deep breath. Healing is a long journey and I am sure we will get there. More power to you! 🤗

@@keepingupwithmonkey Thankyou very much, We will be fine and we will be better than our previous self after coming out of anxiety. Try adding one hour anulom vilom, half spoon Ashwagandha at night time or 1 tablet of it twice a day, 1 soaked walnut to your daily routine. It will speed up the healing process.
