I feel like Chimbickle works really well as the fear of aging. Losing its eyesight, constant confusion as to why it's here and needing invasive metal parts just for it to keep performing seem like perfect connections

For percussion you can add algophobia - fear of pain (the monster will literally randomly hit itself). If we talk about other fears... if you add fear of the dark or fear of the unknown, it should be Voidcorn, it has to be him, he is perfect for this island.

perhaps the monster associated with the fear of pain could be some kind of blind fighting cyborg monster, does not know how to control its cybernetic weapons (blades, laser guns, retractable metal spikes and possibly some other weapons) and constantly accidentally cuts and wounds itself but quickly recovers due to its regeneration.
