Ravenpaw is an underrated character. He literally witnessed one of the most terrible things Tigerclaw did and managed to keep that knowledge to himself to not get killed while still hanging onto the last piece of calm he had. He had the nerve to run away and had the help of his friends to fake his death and then coming back to fight Bloodclan with barley.

His actual childhood trauma is the saddest thing ever. He was constantly terrified that tigerstar would kill him, and it's so sad. Those awful moments when he would start to smile and remember tigerstar literally broke me. Ravenpaw was so strong, and this map is beautiful

3:17 this is arguably the best part of this MAP. Peppermint Moss is such a talented animator, and the colours and movement in this part is insane. The red outlines on the stress points, the way they’ve added these shakes and flashed on the pov at the beats adds a scary effect that is really just the cherry on top for me.

I've seen this multiple times and it still gives me chills. Honestly, I can't imagine what it would be like for Ravenpaw. He witnessed a horrible murder and had to keep it a secret knowing he was Tigerstar's next victim. Then he had to leave all of his friends and his entire lifestyle behind to stay alive. I feel like Ravenpaw's life is an amazing example of what us humans can do to each other. Whether you realize it, you will most likely meet at least one person in your lifetime who is haunted by memories. You'll probably meet more than one. In fact, Tigerclaw is the fear everyone meets. No matter the circumstances, there will always be something that you'll remember for the rest of your life, whether you want to or not. I think Ravenpaw's flashbacks demonstrates the struggles someone with PTSD can feel.

1:49 Face? Love the animations in this, Ravenpaw was such a great cat. He kept a murder to himself(ish), lived in constant fear of being killed by his former mentor, and then finally ran away with the help of Firepaw/Fireheart/Firestar and Greypaw/Greystripe, by getting them to fake his death. THEN he came back with Barley to help kill Scourge and defeat BloodClan. He was a truly amazing character.

I'm so glad that Firestar and Graystripe brought Ravenpaw to Barley because we all knew that if they didn't, Ravenpaw probably wouldn't have lived to see the light of day again. It always pains me whenever I see this video because it brings back so many memories from the first series and how Ravenpaw would always be so scared, so scared to the point where he was rarely ever able to relax, even if he was near Firestar and Graystripe.

This legit made me see ravenpaw in a whole new way, thinking of how he thought tigerstar/tiger claw was always waiting for the moment to kill him, making him alert at everything, and whenever he was in the thunderclan camp, wondering if tiger star/claw was lurking in shadows waiting to kill him, or wondering if he would see the bodies of cats he loved, and tiger star/claw being the one who killed them Edit: just realized I used the word kill a lot

Wow this was truly amazing and how Ravenpaw fainted after redtails death was so real. this song really fits him and the effects and animation is amazing, I like how he was always fearing Tigerstar until he met Barley and finding his courage to stand up to his greatest fear and settled into a restful sleep. it was nice to see a timid cat like him be so brave, definitely my favourite part, how he stared him down and how angry tigerstar was, knowing he failed there. loving this video so much. and that animation of him sleeping at the end with the Z’s is so cute!

I'm just gonna say something about all the parts 'cause all of them are fantastic Rykett (0:00-0:19); I love the kind of spooky element being we can't see who any of the other cats are besides Ravenpaw, and it gives a very good intro to the map and also sets up the basics of the "plot" Draikinator (0:19-0:27); does a very good job of feeding off the intro. also does good in showing how nervous Ravenpaw is, and his reluctance to follow Tigerclaw, but him also wanting to help Redtail Houk (0:30-0:38); I love the fur detail on the cats, and I love how you show that Tigerclaw doesn't for sure know that it's Ravenpaw in the bushes, but he's pretty sure Lirys Bibi (0:39-0:47); again, love the detail :); the two shots of Redtail at the end gave me chills Wishful Vixen (0:48-0:57); I LOVE UR STYLE, you are such a good animator! I loved how you portrayed his panic attack as more of a heart attack. (also, the shot at the end was beautiful) Rykett (0:58-1:07), that shot of Tigerclaw smiling was so beautiful and creepy at the same time... it was PERFECT!!!!
