The fact that this was a Bethesda Game was slowly hinted at throughout the first season in small details: from NPCs missing voice files to how a player managed to enslave Quest NPCs as permanent companions for him similar to what happens in _Fallout 3,_ and later having terrible pathing issues where they can just get stuck inside of a door like in _Fallout 4,_ and having an equippable item that boosts his Charisma Points to get what he wants like in many other Fallout Games, to Silicas' pet Dragon referring to Silica as "Dovahkiin" like from _Elder Scrolls: Skyrim,_ to Tiffany making an offhand remark of "As Was Foretold In The Scrolls" which is a key phrase in _Elder Scrolls: Morrowind_ Along with pointing out that there are very numerous system glitches and bugs that can happen or are exploited by the player base at random times which is very much in-line with many fans of Bethesda Games.

I really don't think there was any scope to expand the story after the first arc. But this story not only did a great job, they continued the story without overwhelming the audience. And the egg part which showed more seasons to come was great. I really love SAO

There is some slight feeling, but no pain. I'd imagine she would feel it, but the sensation would be much weaker. I think there was some moments where Kirito said he felt uncomfortable in the stomach and back after being slammed into a wall.
