Panini Customer Service FINALLY replaced my DAMAGED 1/1s!!! 😮🔥

I pulled some big 1/1 cards in our recent unboxings, but they came damaged! I sent the cards in to Panini's Customer Service and finally got them back! This collectible trading card haul includes redemption updates, missing hit/quality assurance compensation cards, and damaged card replacements! These packages came in over the last several months after waits ranging from a few months to over a year! Panini CS requests can be a tough sea to navigate, so while I still have tons of open tickets, I am happy I was able to at least get these ones in! Big thanks to the Panini CS team for getting me these cards!

I don’t have the patience to deal with customer service for a damaged card. Im guessing that it takes forever to get a replacement. I couldn’t imagine touring their inventory. That would be awesome.

You are lucky I have cards waiting from Panini since 2017. I tried so hard to get in touch with them. It’s actually ridiculous compared to tops. I’m glad you got your redemption in your cards. Hopefully I’ll get mine someday.

Today I'm putting a rookie auto Paolo Banchero Mosaic Pictographs Black 1/1 in the mail to send back to Panini because the foil on the back is pealing off in an area AND, of all the sticker autos to use for the 1/1, his auto hits the edge of the sticker. Really debated sending it back, but I think I have to--it's too nice a card to accept damaged out of the pack. Wish me luck! Peace.
