RECIPE :
Eggless Mug Cakes
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 Minutes Each
Serves: 1 each
Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Mug Cake:
3 tbsp Flour
3 tbsp powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp Milk
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Chocolate chips (optional)
For the Vanilla Mug Cake:
3tbsp Flour
3 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3 tbsp Milk
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 tsp Coloured Sprinklers
Method:
For the Chocolate Mug Cake:
Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder to the mug and mix well.
Add the milk, vanilla essence and oil and mix well. Add chocolate chips on the top and microwave for 2 minutes. Serve.
For the Vanilla Mug Cake:
Add the flour, sugar and baking powder to the mug and mix well.
Add the milk, vanilla essence and oil and mix well. Add coloured sprinklers on the top and microwave for 2 minutes. Serve.
