If we use same relid, like you used IC, which is already existing, will it throw any error while transporting that "Original object cannot be replaced"? Could you please answer it, I am facing issues.

this above programs syntax will work on ECC or only on HANA server?

This will work in ECC and S4HANA both. this is ABAP AS sysntax.
