This video will teach you how to make Chicken Inasal.
Here are the ingredients
5 pieces chicken leg quarter
Marinade
4 tablespoons Knorr Liquid Seasoning
5 thumbs ginger crushed
6 cloves garlic crushed
½ cup white vinegar
2 cups lemon or lime soda
2 stalks lemongrass
Basting sauce
½ cup annatto seeds
4 tablespoons cooking oil
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ cup margarine
½ piece lime

Panlasang pinoy is the best, siya lang ang subok na masarap at nagbibigay ng tamang recipe, I tried more recipes na nasa youtube halos lahat ay palpak😔, it's a waste of time, money, and effort, maiinis ka lang.. but Panlasang pinoy, more than 100% sigurado dika mappahiya at dika magsisisi...lahat approve😊highly recommended..
