Hi There! Cashew nuts are possible but are more challenging. This will require multiple coatings due to the particular shape. The chocolate will not melt at room temperature but will melt when exposed to hot temperatures

El brillo está debido a la temperación del chocolate. Una vez recubierto del molde, ya no tiene nada para dar brillo al bonbon. :)

Hi Dustin! We recommend to work with any type of coverture chocolate and make sure you follow the guidelines for tempering (mentioned on the packaging). For cleaning the bowl please use hot water in combination with a house-hold degreaser.
