In regards to the question regarding forgiveness; I read a book entitled "The Hiding Place", the story of a Dutch Christian, Corrie Tenboom, who was imprisoned for hiding Jews. Her sister and father passed, her brother developed a terminal illness, yet despite the abuse they all endured, she grew closer to God becoming loving and christlike. After the war, she toured and gave speeches about God's love, trying to teach forgiveness to her embittered former prisoners. One day a former German soldier one she knew came to her after the talk and asked for her forgiveness. She froze, as the memories flooded through her mind, wondering how she could forgive him. She sent up a prayer, asking God to give her His forgiveness for this former enemy. Her heart was flooded with God's love for this man, who was searching for God's love and forgiveness. She was able to forgive him in truth. God can give us victory over the hurts and pain, forgiving others heals us. Holding onto grudges hurts us as well as others. We have to be willing and He'll change our heart.

Hi, would you mind sharing some of these "signs in the sky" pls? (So interesting, & I loved Pr. Doug's "amazing fact" about the lady from Germany- caught up in sky) Also, one day on my way to work, I actually saw close-up a "fiery ball" coming down from the sky- no idea where it landed, but at first I just thought it was a "shooting star" but it just kept burning like a big ball all the way down. Weird... never saw anything like that before.

@Anthony Balelo I believe that Jesus "rested" in sleep during His time in the grave because we are Not told anything otherwise.. and we know that Jesus did Not ascend to Heaven during that time because He said this to Mary➡️ (John 20:17) You ask when Satan was cast from Heaven ➡️ This is just my own reasoning, so make of it what you will.. I believe that it was AFTER creation because there was No earth to cast down to before creation, & during creation the Lord would have been wise & All-seeing into the future to have chosen a time when He knew (beforehand) that He would Not be interrupted. Therefore, when there was "war in Heaven" & the devil & 1/3 of the Angels were cast out is why Satan was able to use the serpent to tempt Eve. *Actually Revelation 12:9 will give you the answer. Come on dude, he's not stuck in the 1840's- he was just showing the history of how the SDA church eventually came about... Bigger concern would be a "REPEAT" of the "1844 disastrous Results culminating from the wrong interpretation of Bible prophecy." And then telling people their probation was closed & they could no longer be saved (unless they stuck with "them")- Oh sorry that some of you sold your farms & all of your possessions (don't know where the money went), but good luck putting your life back together- not to mention your Faith. At least some people were able to hang on to their faith in God through all of that "disappointment" when things didn't happen the way they were teaching & believed it would. 😪 And so this is why I fear saying that some last day event is going to "fer sher" be this or that.. Just speak what Jesus & the Bible actually says & "watch & pray" Luke 21:36. 👀🙏

Hey Pastor Doug, I’m not sure how to submit my question but, how do you explain to others Psalms 82 when it says ye are gods. And Jesus says this to the Pharisees as well. A lot of people are using these Bible verses to claim that everyone is god. How can I explain this verse to someone?

the word “gods” in this text refers to magistrates, judges, and other people who hold positions of authority and rule....so, Calling a human magistrate a “god” indicates three things: 1) he has authority over other human beings, 2) the power he wields as a civil authority is to be feared, and 3) he derives his power and authority from God Himself, who is pictured as judging the whole earth .....cross reference Psalm 82:6 , John 10:34

I’m a little disappointed I have been a financial supporter of AMAZING FACTS - and have promoted this seminar Panorama Of Prophecy - and I hear repeat type questions being answered like “ can I be a Christian if I smoke” and your spending weeks explaining this stuff and I’ve repeatedly tried to get a question through to DOUG BACHELOR more biblical ones, and have been answered by reps of the seminar - there isn’t even an easy way to submit a question and you answer these minor questions which if a person is watching this seminar you’ve had several nights about obtaining a converted heart and life. I wonder about the SDA CHURCH, I’ve had problems in the past it seems they cater to newbies and the members get the shaft. I hope to hear from someone - about this seeming bias. Bc if it’s happening to me it’s happening to others. Maybe that explains why half the seats are empty.

I don't know about the "devil" part, but you can do a search on "the swinging door prophecy." Not sure what to think of it since I wasn't there to hear it for myself. The sda's have a solid Biblical message that really doesn't need "backed up" by anyone but the Bible. So when they might speak of "jewelry as being a sin" I think this is some of the "fruit dropping from egw's pen" not really from the Bible (unless we're talking "amulets") Jewelry was given as gifts in the Bible & also helped build the tabernacle.. True we should be "modest," but that's a gray area for various people.. Whereas the 10 Commands are solid, & the last-day test we know will go against at least 1 of them- the "image" worship (seems likely could involve the 4th) 👀🙏

So Doug admits that prophets were used by God throughout important points in time but when the book of Revelation states there will be two witnesses (prophets) during the great tribulation he states that is symbolic!? How about interpreting the book of Revelation literally unless it is otherwise stated that is symbolic. I like the seventh day adventist church because it says to keep the law of God but in terms of prophecy it is very wrong in many regards.

How is the SDA church wrong about prophecy? A very denomination that was raised from the Bible.

@@onlycars693 A denomination that was raised from the misinterpreation of Bible prophecy that the world was going to end in 1844. Any serious biblical scholar knows that the 2300 morning and evenings prophecy of daniel 8:9-14 is about antiochus epiphanus and how he defiled the temple of God and persecuted the jews for their beliefs when God's spirit still resided in the temple. Jesus even celebrated the cleansing of the temple in John 10:22-23.
