@@vancouvervlog6982 btw we are both Hapa? Half Japanese? My Mom was 3rd gen Japanese-Canadian. She died Aug18,2017, aspirated pneumonia - she had a seizure during her tube feed, some got in her lungs, took her to hospital end of July & 18 days later, she was gone 😥 I've vowed to spread some of her ashes every where we went backpacking, like Black Tusk, Panorama Ridge & the Cinder Cone in Garibaldi Park. But I've a few setbacks myself - 5 days b4 her 1yr death anniversary, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor! 5 months later, brain surgery. Couldn't get all of it, the rest is inoperable.

@@vancouvervlog6982 any guess where my Dad was from? He died when I was 9, heart attack, him 42, same age & year as Elvis, and in fact Elvis died on my Dad's birthday, Aug.16/77. Elvis was my Mom's fav 😁

It's been a long time since backpacking there with my Mom & my then girlfriend, we too didn't bring enough water or any means to filter/treat it. Not the case any more with 6L carrying capacity with 2-2L cnoc bags, and a 2L hydration bladder, and hydroblu versa flow water filter & backup Aquatabs. But good reminder to camel up at that second bridge, thanks 👍

Beautiful video! I’ve done this so many times but never recorded a video. I’m headed there to camp for the first time in 2 weeks and will and sure to record a video this time! Loved your video and how you were scared at the top. It’s so funny and genuine! 😂😂 good job. Haha. I’m out of shape for this season so it’s a good reminder to start training my legs before I hike this in 2 weeks! 😂
