Pansit Lucban (Habhab)

Pancit Lucban is a pancit version that originated from the Quezon province. Pancit Habhab uses dried flour noodles which are known as miki lucban. This is usually served in banana leaf as plate and eaten without any utensils. You will put it directly to your mouth. This is best eaten with vinegar.

Never liked sweet pancit habhab. Been eating it since my childhood and I never tasted it sweet. But I guess this is their modern version.

Don’t put in your mouth the spoon you’re using when you’re tasting the food and then use it again to mix it. That is mixing your saliva. Use another spoon. Too much sugar too.

The way she cooks it there's nothing special. I tasted this pancit habhab in a resto in QC (Timog) but didn't like it. I still prefer pancit bihonwand pancit canton.

Your measurements are wrong! It’s should be ladlespoons and serving spoons. A good cook never uses MAGIC SARAP or MSG.

Naku po wala na sa measurements, dpat nauna gulay kiss pancit at Lata na po luto nyo.next time po pagbutihin nyo para matoto dn kmi. Sorry po ayaw q ifollow luto nyo.
