I believe umpire's call should be removed the biggest reason is because technology will be same for both the sides but we don't know what umpire will give. Umpire can give a top batsman of one team as out on umpire's call and can give not out to the top batsman of the opposition team on the umpires call. This will create imbalance and can cause the game. It's better to either always set not out or always give out on the umpires call for both the teams. I would say if the ball is hitting less than 25% then should be given not out always else out.

2 umpire call - not out, Ball hitting the stumps umpire call should be out but we have seen many times that bails didn't fell after the ball touched it so I don't know whatever ICC will decide over it and if there is umpire call on impact then that should be the umpire's decision fully

But, Rohit Sharma who lost IPL 2022, Asia Cup 2022, T20 World Cup 2022, WTC FINAL 2023, and a home ODI World Cup 2023, he lost five major tournaments of cricket in the past 2 years but he is a great captain. There is only one difference between Rohit and Kohli, and is IPL trophy. Rohit has 5 IPL trophies so he is a better captain, Virat has no IPL trophy so he's a failed captain. That's how nowadays people differentiate between the two. I like both Rohit and Virat but what happened to Virat is unjustice to him. BCCI should've treated there best player more respectfully...
