Lilly Killion Late bUt, they split up because they didn’t want the band “to rust”. Basically, they knew it would become outdated and people would stop listening to their music. THEY were wrong, but it was their choice! They said that the band would eventually rust and become something of the past, old. They were scared of that to happen so they disbanded. Honestly, I’m not entirely sure but the EXACT reason why can be found on their website :)

It's beautiful, that's it, no more empty words. My grandma was also called Helena, she passed away not so many years ago. Proof a song can save a life. You can't feel the full impact of this song unless you sat facing the urn of someone you were in love with. It's me in every emotion screamed in that chorus. When I first read the lyrics I cried immediately. I'm crying now because I had to say "So long and goodnight". I found the freaking will to live the way he sang SL&GN the first time. That slight cracking in his voice at "night" that's me staggering yet live with out her and go on. Never has a song affected me this much emotionally. Brings me back to Highschool when this song came out. I think my senior year shortly after it did come out, I sang this song for a funny “men’s pageant.” It was supposed to be silly and a sing over. I told them I would sing with just the instrumental. I was so in the moment and had so much fun/emotion singing it. Still one of my all time favorite songs ❤️
