Pantera não tem line up de thrash, não tem cadência rítmica de thrash, não tem vocal de thrash e não tem linhas de guitarra de trash...Pantera é grooveado pra caramba, instrumentação bem power trio, uma guitarra só, sem overdub... é mais um metal estilo Sepultura, mais polido e com elementos de hard rock....Pantera inclusive influenciou o New Metal dos anos 2000, que é um metal mais grooveado onde se colocaram rap e outros elementos.

Charlie Benante is doing an amazing job here, but ZW was a bad choice for this project...There are dozens of metal guitar players that would have done a much better job than ZW, and ZW's on stage posing is just too much man...Focus more on the music and the playing instead of your squat poses, hair, and wardrobe...Dimebag certainly did that and there are dozens of other guitar players who follow the same approach...They (Phil and Rex) picked ZW because of name brand recognition and marketing value...This whole thing is a money grab and everyone knows it.
