Really glad you got me into anomaly, really fun! My favorite menu simulator. I've installed a ton of mods (stopped playing old world). I really enjoy hunting for specific gun parts and Artifact hunting. Also somewhat unrelated but the stalker community is one of the most Divided and Toxic communities I've seen in a while, very impressive. Did you play "vanilla" anomaly a lot before Gamma? Hey, I'm glad you like it! 😄😄 And oof!! haha, tbf I haven't really interacted with the stalker community at all, like I have with MH's, but that's a shame :/ I did play vanilla anomaly quite a bit before biting the bullet and figuring out Gamma very recently, but I never got very far each time I played. I'd boot it up, be impressed by the depth of systems, try and work my way through the game and get a foothold, get overwhelmed, then I'd usually stop playing 😆 Streaming GAMMA I think has made me much much more likely to actually keep playing, on top of finally having a decent amount of prerequisite knowledge to enjoy the game. I already knew about SoC, CS, and CoP, but all of the new systems took me until recently to wrap my head around, on top of, I think, GAMMA actually reworks a lot of them and I think recently made it a lot less complicated. I'm still figuring it all out, like, how I got confused as to why you'd ever swap parts in and out of guns. I totally forgot you can just do that, for free, without any tools lmao, except for the gun barrel, that requires a repair kit, but I'm not sure if it actually uses a charge or is just required to do it. I'd have to test it, and then maintenance is a lot cheaper than repairing, etc. :P I hope your next job/artifact hunt goes well! 😁 My next session I'll try and get better backpacks, maybe better armor, see if I can't wrap my head around where to go next 😄
