They told me it would take 3 weeks to ship. It was exactly 3 weeks when I received the tracking info.

Yup. I just posted another install video on my 87 with the factory bar. You can see what mods I needed to make to get it to work. It was alot of unexpected work, but not too bad.

Thank you. Yes, I have an external smart charger. Detects the voltage and charges accordingly. I can leave them connected in series. I use a battery tender connector that I bolted to the terminals for easy connectivity.
