15:12 The save Bob made with 7 and a half min or so to go looked like Lustarenen blocked the shot doing the splits, but the puck actually squeaked through him and was stopped by Bob's glove stretching his right arm out on the ice while being layed down in desperation. Save of his life, one for the ages.

The reason BOB deserved the Conn Smythe is because he was the most dominant force in the finals, period. He was great through the entirety of the playoffs, too. If that doesn't tell you who the best player is, then you don’t deserve to vote on the award. Connor McScoreless didn’t deserve the trophy. In 5 of the 7 games, that dude scored 3 points combined. That's embarrassing.

I cannot blame Skinner, oilers played differently last night, they didn't keep with what they were doing. That said they played hard, and panthers where making it hard for them. Yeah im disappointed bug time as a Oiler fan and Canadian, but im proud they made it as far as they did.

To be fair boys they can’t announce the extension until July 1st.We gave the Bruins their original pick back and Kastelic is a big guy that doesn’t use his size.He will end up in the AHL for the majority of his career.Laz Brady is not going anywhere.The big difference between the past and now is we have hockey people running the franchise not a GM that was at fantasy camp or a cheap ass owner.

Wasn't Skinner...it was a total lackluster performance on the Oilers in general. Very flat...no fire, no extra stride or undying effort to get to the puck. If players are hurt they should NOT be playing!!! I don't care who they are, that's just plain stupid. The other thing is how can the whole team deflate at the same time? I don't get it... it wasn't just Skinner letting in weak goals...he actually kept them to 2 points...which is very reasonable ... it was lack of offense. The Oilers played all out hockey for 3 games and in the SCF of Finals they barely skate to the puck...literally backing up as a play develops and they just escort them into the front of the net. It almost seems rigged. If I didn't know any better that would be a fair conclusion. The Oilers do have the laying an egg syndrome from time to time...just I thought they had more will and presence of mind than that. Very disappointed. Hope it was worth it so they get their turn to win? All the Parasite "industries" like banks and betting Houses fund the NHL... parasites always destroy the host.

I agree with the comment about the coverage of Edmonton and the Oilers was too much and made people hate him. McDavid may be the next Gretzky or better. But the thing about that is that Gretzky is Gretzky in hindsight. When he was playing, the only people who saw that were the diehard fans and the analysts and the players. But the world didn’t know till later. Same with McDavid. And you have to consider how much the Panthers were dismissed in favor of McJesus by the media coverage. Yeah, Panthers fans were pissed and it made us go from respecting the guy to hating him.

Seriously disappointing tweet highlighted by Mr. Cohen. Skinner gave up 2 goals, Bob gave up 1. Can argue the goal Bob gave up should have been saved by him. 1) Panthers locked them down. 2) where was the Conn Smyth winner ??? Still enjoy the show, but do better.
