If the colors you are working with are Pantone Solid, how they look on the screen may vary, the key is output. Reflex Blue may show show slight differences in the software, but the pressman will use Reflex Blue on the press, and the ink is a standardized color that looks the same, no matter which print produces the product.

Everything that is displayed on your screen is 'RGB' ... every color in apps and websites, including pantone's tools and website... so im not sure what you are comparing with when you refer to the 'RGB' version? They are all RGB, so you're comparing RGB with RGB

Of course it's rgb because it's on monitor. The main point was that every app finds different pantone codes that are similar to the original pantone color that was converted from rgb.

Now compare your selections to a printed pantone book. That's a whole other can of worms. :)
