Does the paprika change the taste? I don't like it when it does so I always try to keep it cool enough. I am not afraid about the cooking in oil but isn't the toasting too hot?

Thanks. I normally use in recipes like the Steak Tartare that I posted before and also to fry steak or poultry, but you can also use as part of a salad dressing too.
